ポートレイトの小物入れ/宝石箱です。ドレッサーセットの一部、或いは単品で販売されていたようです。
ポートレイトとは直訳で人物画です。ポートレイト部分は転写で、転写紙はドイツやフランスから入手していました。その為、オールドノリタケ以外でも同じポートレイトは見る事ができます。
ジュールが大変緻密に施され、豪華に見えます。

This is a trinket box with portrait. Trinket box was sold as part of a dresser set, or trinket box alone.
The portrait part is decal, and the decal itself was bought from Germany and France. This means that the same decal was used in other potteries all over the world.
Jewels are applied in details which makes the box luxurious.
